There’s palpable apprehension in the Court of appeals in Cotonou where the Yoruba nation agitator Sunday Adeyemo aka Sunday Igboho) is about to face trial.
Although he has been brought to the court and kept in a room since 7am, his trial is yet to start as at 11.55am.
His supporters have besieged the court waiting for the proceedings to commence.
His wife, Ropo, and hundreds of supporters, including some Yoruba traditional rulers, are filled with anxiety over where the pendulum will swing in the extradition request being brought him by Nigeria.
