Supreme Court dismisses PDP’s appeal, affaims Aliyu as Sokoto governor

The Supreme Court has upheld the confirmation of Ahmed Aliyu as Sokoto State governor.
Justice Tijani Abubakar, delivering the lead judgment, rejected the appeal filed by the PDP and its governorship candidate, Saidu Umar, aligning with the court’s previous rationale.
