The Supreme Court has granted the Federal Government’s request to extend the validity period of the redesigned N200, N500, and N1000 notes from the previous administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.
In its ruling on Wednesday morning, the apex court directed that the old notes be acknowledged as legal tender until the necessary infrastructure is in place for their replacement.
