BREAKING: Suspected herdsmen kill four in Benue

No fewer than four people have lost their lives in Ayilamo, Logo Local Government Area of Benue State, after gunmen believed to be herders stormed the community.

Eyewitnesses reported that the attackers struck late at night, shooting indiscriminately and forcing residents to flee in fear. The assault, according to locals, has deepened tension in the area, which has witnessed a series of similar invasions in the past.

Community sources disclosed that several victims sustained varying degrees of injuries, while displaced families have sought refuge in nearby villages.
