BREAKING: Terrorists contributing money to stop Christians from celebrating Christmas – Rev Ezekiel Dachomo raises alarm

Rev. Ezekiel Dachomo has warned that extremist groups in Plateau State are collecting funds from their members with the intent of disrupting Christmas celebrations.

According to intelligence, women are contributing N100,000 each and men N200,000, money that is being used to purchase weapons for attacks targeting Christian communities.

Speaking at the Glory Dome in Abuja, the cleric said the funds are meant to finance a planned “jihad” aimed at preventing Christians from enjoying the festive season.

“They have vowed we will not spend our Christmas this year. They say we will run with rice in our hands because they are ready for Jihad,” Dachomo said, sounding the alarm over the growing threat.

He urged residents to turn to prayer as the most powerful defense. “Your prayer is more than AK-47. It’s more than rocket launchers. Let’s launch our prayers to heaven,” he said.

Dachomo also commended Dr. Paul Enenche for consistently speaking out against the killings and praying for affected communities, including Ganarop in Barkin Ladi LGA, where he provides spiritual guidance.

“Christians must be safe. There is a genocide in Nigeria. Pray for us in Jesus’ name,” he appealed.

Plateau State has continued to experience recurring violent attacks, leaving many dead, displaced, and living in fear, particularly during festive periods.

Authorities and church leaders are calling for heightened vigilance and collective prayers as the Christmas season approaches.
