BREAKING: Three Kaduna PDP Reps defect to APC

Three members of the House of Representatives from Kaduna State have defected from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The lawmakers are Aliyu Abdullahi (Ikara/Kubau Federal Constituency), Abdulkareem Ahmed (Kaduna South Federal Constituency), and Sadiq Abdullahi (Sabon Gari Federal Constituency).

Their formal notices of defection were read on the floor of the House by Deputy Speaker Benjamin Kalu during Tuesday’s plenary session.

The development adds to the growing wave of defections across the country and comes on the same day Governor Peter Mbah of Enugu State officially joined the APC alongside several prominent politicians from his state.
