BREAKING: Three killed, others injured as gunmen attack Ikobi in Apa, Benue State

Three persons have been killed and several others injured after suspected gunmen attacked Ikobi in Apa LGA of Benue State.

IDOMA VOICE gathered that the attack happened last night.

A source said three persons were killed in Olegoncha village while several others were injured in the deadly attack

A citizen, Musa Saidu Aboje, who confirmed the attack, described it as barbaric.

He wrote, “And the nefarious attack on d people of Ikobi by unknown gunmen is purely barbaric and uncalled for… Just like the people of Israel, Ikobi has never been defeated and shall not. Why the attack? Why?

While some attributed the attack to Fulani herdsmen, others claimed he attack was carried out by some persons from Odejo, a hamlet in Agatu.
