President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has officially declared open the Joint Task Force Commanders Conference 2025 at the Defence Headquarters, Abuja. The President was represented by the Minister of Defence, Mohammed Badaru.
The conference serves as a platform to review the military’s joint task force operations from the previous year, assess achievements, and develop strategic plans for 2025.
The event, which commenced today, February 5, will run until February 7.
Dignitaries in attendance include former Chiefs of Defence Staff, Gen. Martins Luther Agwai and Gen. Lucky Irabor; former Chief of Army Staff, Lt.-Gen. Farouk Yahya; Air Marshal Sadiq Abubakar; current Chief of Defence Staff, Gen. Christopher Musa; as well as service chiefs, the Inspector-General of Police, the Controller-General of the Nigeria Customs Service, and members of the National Assembly.
