President Bola Tinubu has greenlit the restructuring of the Executive Management teams within agencies falling under the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.
According to Mr. Badamasi Haiba, Director of Information at the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, the announcement came through a statement released on Thursday in Abuja.
The agencies affected by this reconstitution are the Federal Housing Authority (FHA) and the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN).
Haiba revealed that President Tinubu has sanctioned the appointments of new leaders within these agencies. Mr. Shehu Osodi has been appointed as the new Managing Director of FMBN, while Mr. Ibidapo Odojukan assumes the role of Executive Director of Finance & Corporate Services.
Further appointments include Mr. Muhammad Abdu as Executive Director of Loans & Mortgage Services and Ms. Chinenye Anosike as Executive Director of Business Development & Portfolios.
In the Federal Housing Authority, Hon. Oyetunde Ojo has been named as the Managing Director, and Mr. Mathias Byuan takes up the position of Executive Director of Housing Finance & Accounts.
The Federal Housing Authority sees other key appointments, including Mr. Umar Abdullahi as Executive Director of Business Development, Mr. Oluremi Omowaiye as Executive Director of Project Implementation, and Mr. Ezekiel Nya-Etok as Executive Director of Estate Services.
