President Bola Tinubu has appointed Dr. Saviour Enyiekere as the Chairman of the National Assembly Service Commission (NASC) for a renewable five-year term.
Presidential spokesperson Bayo Onanuga announced the appointment in a statement on Thursday, noting that Enyiekere, an environmental specialist, previously served as Deputy Chief of Staff to the Senate President.
Additionally, Tinubu approved the appointment of 12 commission members, with two representatives from each of the six geopolitical zones:
North West:

Aminu Ibrahim Malle
Alhaji Lawan Maina Mahmud
North Central:
Mark Hanmation Tersoo
Salihu Umar Agboola Balogun

Hon. Dr. Nnanna Uzor Kalu
Festus Ifesinachi Odii
South South:
Patrick A. Giwa
Mrs. Mary Ekpenyong
Onanuga stated that, like the chairman, the appointed members will also serve a renewable five-year term.
