BREAKING: Tribunal rules in suit seeking Shettima’s disqualification

The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal has ruled in a suit seeking the disqualification of Vice President Kashim Shettima.
The court said Shettima was dully nominated and therefore qualified to contest the contest as the running mate to Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress.

The tribunal ruled that the case of nomination and qualification of a candidate of a pre-election matter. 

It described the petition as an abuse of court process
