The Supreme Court has thrown out an appeal brought before it by the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar, to remove President Bola Tinubu from power over the failure of INEC to transmit elections electronically.
The court submitted that elections are conducted at polling units and not INEC portal and therefore can’t invalidate Tinubu’s victory of February 25.
