Youths shutdown Benue over planned Fulani settlement in Otukpo, Ukum, others
Following the declaration of the RUGA settlement program for Fulani herdsmen in Otukpo, Ukum and other local government area in Benue State, youths in the state have come out in their numbers to protest against the development.
The protest in Makurdi the state capital was led by social activist, Ongu Arngu.
