A middle aged lady simply identified as Brenda from Umuahia, Abia State has reportedly poisoned her two children with sniper insecticide and killed herself afterwards. The incident took place in the wee hours of Saturday.
She reportedly found her husband cheating with the housemaid and could not stand the traumatic experience.
According to reports, she did not want her children to be left alone with the man hence the resolve to kill the innocent children before killing herself.
As at the time of filing this report, it is not clear if she left behind a suicide note.
