President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the reconstitution of the Executive Management of River Basin Development Authorities, under the Federal Ministry of Water Resources.
Until his appointment, Engr. Adoyi works at Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
He is also a Fellow f the Nigerian Society of Engineers.
He studied Civil Engineering at University of Benin (UNIBEN)
He is an alumni of St. Francis College, Otukpo, Benue State.
