Outgoing president, Muhammadu Buhari has conferred a national honour of Commander of the Order of the Niger on the paramount ruler of Idoma land, HRM Elaigwu Odogbo John.
The monarch was among other prominent Nigerians honoured by the outgoing administration.
The honour is coming barely one week after the Idoma royal father was appointed the Chancellor of Federal University Otuoke.
