The President Mohammadu Buhari led Federal government has signed a memorandum of understanding with Microsoft to train at least 5 million Nigerians in Digital skills.
The minister of communication and digital economy, Isa Pantami made the announcement on Wednesday afternoon via his verified Twitter page.
