Buhari, INEC to appear in court within 8 days, see why (Photos)

A high court sitting in Lagos State has given President Mohammedu Buhari and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) 8 days to appear in court after a man identified as Itsede Kingsley Ohkai filled a suit against the President.

The plaintiff in his suit deemed President Buhari unfit to contest election over failure to submit his educational qualifications which is contrary to the constitution that governs the the Federal republic of Nigeria.
