President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday, January 22, approved the re-appointment of Dr. Samuel Inalegwu Odeh Ankeli, as his senior special adviser on disability matters in Nigeria.
The president also approved the re-appointment of Shehu Garba as the special assistant, disability matters.
A statement signed by President Buhari’s special assistant on media and publicity, Garba Shehu said the appointment of Ankeli and Garba will take effect from October 15, 2019. The president approved the reappointment of Shehu Garba as Special Assistant (SA), disability matters.
The appointment by the president comes a few days after Bayero Salih-Farah was confirmed as the substantive head of the Nigerian Institute of Transport Technology (NITT).
Disclosing Salih-Farah’s appointment on Tuesday, January 21, Paul Mshelizah, the NITT’s director of public affairs, said the appointment will take effect from Monday, January 13.
Salih-Farah, born in 1964 in Kaduna state is a graduate of Geography from the Usman Dan Fodio University. He started working with NITT in 1994.
