Buhari’s tribunal judgement & tomorrow

By: Chidi Cali

The attached form is the Contentious INEC Form CF001, Which demanded a Compulsory ATTACHMENT OF EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS by candidates.
Educational Certificate and in-job Training and courses are not the same and never substitute the other.

The judges has wicked reprogrammed the mindset of Nigerians and those unborn by their assertions that Education certification is no longer relevant for those seeking political offices and anyone is right to claim a certification of choice by mere Affidavit.

The judges added that there is nothing wrong presenting fake certificates to employers, school administration and Govt agencies. The judges made new Laws for Nigerians where impunity and fraud will reign.

Nigerians, especially lawyers are now free to cite (quote) Atiku v Buhari 2019 case to justify any accusation of Perjury, presenting doctored (Oluwole) documents against their clients.

Those who see nothing wrong in their WHOLESALE judgement, must always remember 9/11, the day justice died in Nigeria.
The effect of this judgement on the society, will in future overshoot the menace of Arm robbery, kidnapping, 419 and the institutionalised corruption in both the private sector and Govt.

Don’t forget that It has never been about Atiku Abubakar or Muhammadu Buhari, but about the people and the raped system.
