Burna Boy clinches Best Afrobeats Single of the Year at 16th Headies Awards

Grammy award-winning artiste, Burna Boy, continues to assert his musical dominance as he secured multiple accolades, including the prestigious Best Afrobeats Single of the Year award for his hit track ‘Last Last,’ at the recently concluded 16th edition of the Headies Awards. The star-studded event took place on Sunday at the Cobb Energy Performing Centre in Atlanta, US.

Themed ‘Celebrating African Renaissance,’ the Headies Awards witnessed a galaxy of stars who left an indelible mark on the music scene. Asake emerged as one of the night’s brightest stars, clinching the coveted ‘Next Rated’ award and securing the ‘Album of the Year’ category for his outstanding work, ‘Mr. Money With The Vibe.’ Additionally, Rema, known for his remarkable talent, was among the top winners.

The Headies Awards celebrated several other outstanding artists who walked away with the coveted Headies trophy, including Seyi Vibez, Odumodublvck, and Victony.
