Business activities in Otukpa, the headquarters of Ogbadibo LGA of Benue State continue to boom despite the ban on public gatherings in the state.
Idoma Voice observed that the popular Ukwo Otukpa yesterday held successfully.
Ironically, Otukpa is the country home of the alleged first index case from Benue State.
