The match is set to take place at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday, December 22, 2024.
The return leg will be hosted at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo, Nigeria, on Saturday, December 28, 2024, to determine which team advances to the CHAN finals.

Liberia’s Ivan Gator Brown will act as the match commissioner, with Benin’s Hugues Alain Adjovi appointed as referee assessor.
The second leg in Uyo will see Moroccan officials in charge, led by referee Hamza El Fariq, alongside assistants Abdessamad Abertoune and Zakaria Bouchtaoui, with Hicham Temsamani as the Fourth Official.
Prince Kai Saquee of Sierra Leone will serve as match commissioner, while the referee assessor role will be handled by Miboti Moise from the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The team with the better aggregate score will secure a place in the 8th CHAN finals, jointly hosted by Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania from February 1 to 28, 2025.
The tournament will also act as a trial run for facilities and equipment ahead of the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations, which the three countries are set to co-host.
