CAF names Ohale, Ajibade 2022 WAFCON best XI

CAF has named Super Falcons stars, Osinachi Ohale and Rasheedat Ajibade in the 2022 WAFCON Dream Team.

Ohale was a solid rock in the hearts of the Super Falcons defence while Atletico Madrid forward, Ajibade was joint top scorer at the tournament in Morocco with three goals.

South Africa, who won her first-ever WAFCON after several misses, provided four players while host Morocco had three players and Zambia two players.

South Africa, Morocco, Zambia and Nigeria will represent Africa at next year’s FIFA Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.
