Catholic Church remembers 2 priests, 17 parishioners killed by Fulani herdsmen in Benue community two years after

The Catholic Diocese of Makurdi today April 24th remembers the Mbalom Martyrs who were killed by the herdsmen during morning mass at St Ignatius Catholic church, Ukpo-Ayar, Mbalom, a Benue community.

The Catholic Star Newspaper, a media outfit owned by the Church wished the souls of Mbalom martyrs and the souls of the faithful departed through the mercy of God rest in peace.

Recall that Rev. Joseph Gor and Rev. Father Felix were killed alongside their parishioners during an early morning mass at St. Ignatius Catholic Church in Ayar Mbalom community in Gwer East, Benue State.
