Chicago State University, also known as CSU, has made public the educational records of President Bola Tinubu to Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). Atiku successfully won his legal battle in court to investigate Tinubu’s academic qualifications relating to the February 25 presidential election.
Tinubu had presented certificates from Chicago State University (CSU) to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to establish his eligibility for the election. A court in the United States of America issued an order on Saturday directing CSU to provide Tinubu’s academic records for authentication, supporting Atiku’s petition challenging the outcome of the 2023 presidential poll.
In a recent judgment, Justice Nancy Maldonado dismissed Tinubu’s objections to Atiku’s request and explicitly instructed CSU to furnish Atiku with the academic records. The university complied with the court order by releasing the documents on Monday night. Please find the attached documents for reference.
