Chief Steve Lawani visits Abba Moro over wife’s death (PHOTOS)

Immediate past deputy governor of Benue State, Chief Steve Lawani, on Thursday paid a condolence visit to former Minister of Interior, Hon. Abba Moro, who recently lost his first wife, Veronica to the icy hands of death.
Speaking during the condolence visit, Lawani, a native of Otukpa said the deceased lived an exemplary life.

He said the late Veronica lived a life worthy of emulation and would be forever remembered for her humility and love for God.
“In deed, we have lost a rare gem. She was a woman, who lived an exemplary life that is worthy of emulation.
“On behalf of my family, I am here to extend my condolence to you and the entire Moros.
“This is a big loss to our to the Idoma community at large.
“She left when we needed her most but who are we to question God, the giver and taker of live.
“I pray God to give you and the entire bereaved family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
In company of the former deputy governor were Ado, Ogbadiibo and Okpokwu House of Reps hopeful, Sunny Oche, renowned activist, Comrade Okpokwu Ogenyi and wife, Otunba Gabriel Apeh and Ameh Comrade Godwin, Publisher Idoma Voice.
