Super Eagles head coach Éric Sékou Chelle has unveiled his final 23-man squad for Nigeria’s upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda and Zimbabwe.
Among the selected players are goalkeepers Stanley Nwabali, Kayode Bankole, and Amas Obasogie. The defence features William Troost-Ekong, Calvin Bassey, Ola Aina, Bright Osayi-Samuel, Bruno Onyemaechi, and Igoh Ogbu.
In midfield, Alex Iwobi, Wilfred Ndidi, Raphael Onyedika, Alhassan Yusuf Abdullahi, Joseph Ayodele-Aribo, and home-based star Papa Daniel Mustapha have made the final list.
The forward line includes Ademola Lookman, Victor Osimhen, Samuel Chukwueze, Simon Moses, Sadiq Umar, Victor Boniface, Nathan Tella, and Tolu Arokodare, providing a strong attacking presence.
Nigeria will take on Group C leaders Rwanda in Kigali on Friday, March 21, before facing Zimbabwe at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo on March 25.
