Popular Nigerian comedian, Ayodeji Makun, also known as AY, has responded to the fire incident that engulfed his Lagos home. A viral video captured the intense fire, with the roof of the storey-building ablaze.
Colleagues and fans, including his younger brother and fashion designer, Yomi Casual, expressed sympathy and support for AY and his family.
Thankful for the safety of his family, AY took to his Instagram page to share videos and pictures of his wife and children currently on vacation abroad. He emphasized the importance of family and faith, stating, “Family and God. That is what’s important. Everything else comes and goes. Can’t wait to join you guys in the US in a few days.”
The cause of the fire outbreak remains unknown.
