Cook-a-thon update: Benue Chef Naira Victor surpasses 90 hours
Chef Tartenger Victor, also known as Chef Naira Victor, is on the cusp of making history as he strives to break the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon by an individual.
IDOMA VOICE reports that Chef Victor has showcased remarkable culinary endurance, now surpassing 93 hours in the kitchen.
This leaves him with just 44 hours to achieve his record-breaking goal.
During his marathon cooking session, he has skillfully prepared over 70 different cuisines, spanning both local and international dishes.
Last night, the state governor, Hyacinth Alia, along with some political leaders from the state, visited Tiger Bar Makurdi to show their support and cheer on the young chef towards victory.
