Coronavirus: House on the Rock comply in Makurdi (Live situation report from Benue)

House on the Rock, Makurdi, the Benue State capital, on Sunday, shut their doors in compliance with the directive by the state government over gatherings in order to curtail further spread of the novel coronavirus.

 

A visit to the church on Sunday morning by Jacob Akpene of Lasgidionline, showed that there was a total compliance as no service was held.

Few people who came were turned back by ushers who were manning the gate.

 

This development followed the announcement by the state government that an in index case has been reported in the state.

 

The governor claimed one Susan Okpe, a UK-returned is the first patient of the killer virus.
