The predominantly Igbo speaking people of Ezza of Ado Local Government have scored James Oche high in terms of leadership performance and have pledged unalloyed loyalty to him and his administration.
The people who paid the Chairman a courtesy visit during the last ujor (new yam festival) held last weekend said never have they, in recent times, been carried along in the affairs of the local government like James Oche has done.
Speaking on behalf of the people and elders, Chairman, Council of Ezza Chiefs, Chief Emeka Ugama deeply appreciated the Chairman for finding them worthy of appointments into his government and for hosting the Ujor in a most unprecedented way. He said the Ezza people were greatly elated by his style and have come to pledge total allegiance to him.
On his part, Ezza Youth President for Ijigban, Emeka Awuru said Oche had defined competence and youth friendly leadership in Ado. He appreciated him for the bringing the Ezza people close to his administration and said that on behalf of the youths, they were committed to ensuring the success of his administration.
Oche, speaking in response appreciated the Ezza people for their open show of support and said his administration was properly guided by the constitutional safeguards for fairness and equality and said he would not be deterred from carrying them along. He said, all the challenges they had in participating fully as people of Ado would be eradicated especially now that they had people in his administration.

Others were; Joseph (General Secretary of Chief), Chief Ehibe Sunday (Enuairi Ichari Ulayi), Chief Nwode Batholomew (Odum Ulayi), Chief Augustine Egwu (Ijigban Eka), Chief Titus Aloma (from Ijigban), Chief Ekode Nicodemus (from Ijigban) and Chief Nwafor Simon ( from Ulayi)
On the youths wing were; Hon Emeka Nwokpoku (from Ulayi), Awoh Jacob Chinedu (from Ikpengbe), Hon Nwakpa John ( from Ezza ), Emeka Awuru (Youth president of Ezza Ijigban), Ogali Sunday (PA to the youth leader Ijigban), Chijoke Unigwe (from Ezza Ijigban), Peter Igwe ( from Ezza Ijigban), Udubesi Eze. (from Ezza Ijigban), Okeh Emeka (Zonal Catholic Chairman Ulayi), Simon Ugbala (from Ezza Ijigban), Nweze Denial ( chairman Ezza Union), Nweke Ifeanyi (President Ezza youth Oja-ala), Ajah Augustine (Ezza youth coordinator odum) and Ogbala Mathial ( Secretary of Ezza Ulayi).
