Dan Onjeh vs Abba Moro: Court delivers judgement on Sunday, Sept 10

The National Assembly Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Benue will on Sunday, September 10, 2023, deliver its judgement on the petition filled by Daniel Onjeh of the All Progressives Congress, APC, against election of Senator Abba Moro of the Peoples Democratic Party in Benue South.

Onjeh had dragged Moro to court on the ground that the election that ushered in the latter was fraudulent.
The APC candidate in the last election is seeking outright declaration as winner of the poll.

The judgement would be delivered by 1 pm in Makurdi, Benue State.
