The National Assembly Elecition Petition Tribunal will today give its verdict on the case brought before it by Daniel Onjeh of the All Progressives Congress (APC) against the victory of Abba Moro of the PDP in the last senatorial election in Benue South.
Onjeh had dragged Moro to court on the ground that the election that ushered in Moro was rigged.
He’s asking the court to declare him winner.
Our correspondent who is in court reports that all is now set for the judgement as counsels to both parties are on ground.
