‘Dapo Abiodun is next to go’ – Tweeps say as Oyetola loses seat in Osun

Social media users have predicted that Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State is the next governor to be voted out of power.

This came following the defeat of his counterpart in Osun State, Governor Gboyega Oyetola.

IDOMA VOICE reports that PDP’s Ademola Adeleke was declared winner by the Independent national electoral commission, INEC after polling 403, 371 votes to defeat his closest rival and the incumbent governor, APC’s Adegboyega Oyetola who polled 375,027.

Following his failure to secure a second term ticket, Nigerians on social media believe that Oyetola’s defeat was due to highhandedness and poor performance.

They believe Abiodun is another underperformer who needs to leave office in 2023.
