Davido buys Elon Musk’s Tesla Cybertruck

Nigerian Afrobeat star, David Adeleke, widely known as Davido, has spent millions of naira to add a Tesla Cybertruck to his collection of cars. The singer shared the news on Instagram, highlighting his passion for cars.

Davido explained his decision to purchase the luxury vehicle, stating that he was feeling bored and wanted to refresh his garage. He wrote, “I was bored and added the Cyber!! @blacktycoone war ur tracky ship dey wait!!.”

The Tesla Cybertruck, designed by Elon Musk’s Tesla, Inc., is an all-electric vehicle recognized for its futuristic design and state-of-the-art technology.

In other news, Davido revealed that he enjoys VIP treatment in foreign countries, where he is often treated like a president. He shared that he regularly receives invitations to dine with heads of state, except in the United States and the United Kingdom.

During a recent interview with Kiss Fresh London, the singer proudly stated, “Every country we go to, the President invites us for dinner except London [United Kingdom] and the United States of America.”

Davido went on to express how his international recognition reflects the growing global influence of Nigerian music and culture. He added, “It’s beautiful to see. I mean, leaving my country, Nigeria, and people welcoming me like the president in other countries shows how well Nigeria is doing around the world in terms of music and cultural impacts.”
