Christian faithful in Nigeria have withdrawn their support for Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential aspirant, Atiku Abubakar, IDOMA VOICE reports.
This followed the decision of Atiku to pull down a post where he earlier condemned the murder of Deborah Samuel, a student Shehu Shagari College of Education, Sokoto.
Atiku had in a tweet frowned at the murder, saying there was no justification for the dastardly act, IDOMA VOICE reports
However, his Muslims brothers attacked him for his tweet and threatened not to vote for him in 2023, IDOMA VOICE reports
This forced Atiku to pull down the tweet, IDOMA VOICE reports.
Consequently, some Christans have also vowed not to vote Atiku even if he gets the presidential ticket of the PDP.
