Deeper Life University Deputy VC, Prof Johnson Fatokun kidnapped along Akwanga-Keffi highway

Prof Johnson Fatokun, the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Anchor University has been kidnapped.

The university don was travelling from Jos to Keffi in Nasarawa state on Monday when he was whisked away by men of the underworld along Akwanga-Keffi highway.

The Nasarawa State Police Command, on Tuesday, has confirmed the development.

ASP Ranham Nansel, the state Police Command, Public Relations Officer, told newsmen on Tuesday in Lafia that the professor was attacked at Kurmi Shinkafa village, Kokona LGA and abducted at gunpoint to an unknown destination.

The Anchor University is a private university owned by the Deeper Christian Life Ministry.
