Deji Adeyanju reacts as Goodluck Jonathan dumps PDP for APC

Social activist, Deji Adeyanju has described as a welcome development the defection of former Goodluck Jonathan from the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, to the All Progressives Congress, APC.

IDOMA VOICE reported some cattle breeders purchased the presidential form for Jonathan to contest the 2023 election.

Buhari’s media aide, Bashir Ahmad had also confirmed that Jonathan has dumped the PDP for APC.

Reacting, Adeynaju said only Jonathan can challenge Bola Tinubu.

He wrote, “Former Goodluck Jonathan has joined the ruling APC. This is a welcome development because GEJ is one of those who can effectively challenge the god of Lagos. Tinubu and those pushing Yoruba presidency will be so angry right now but on Igbo presidency I stand.”
