Delta Chief, Emmanuel Gure shot dead

Unknown gunmen have shot dead a man identified as Chief Emmanuel Gure at Okwagbe community, in the Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State,

According to reports, the Chief was shot dead on Sunday January 9, at his residence in Okwagbe after the gunmen stormed his home and opened fire on him, killing him instantly.

The Delta State Police Command’s spokesman, DSP Edafe Bright, who confirmed the incident said there was no detail yet.

“I just got confirmation, but no details yet.” he said.

IDOMA VOICE recalls that gunmen killed the wife of the General Overseer of Faith Fasting and Prayer Ministry, Abraka in Ethiope East Local Government Area of Delta State, Pastor Mrs Faith Enejeta, after raining bullets on the family’s Lexus SUV.

It was gathered that the husband of the deceased, Prophet Jay Jay Enejeta, who was behind the steering on their way home, was abducted by the bandits.
