Delta: Tension in Effurun as mysterious fire engulfs former JFM building
Tension gripped Effurun in Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State after a mysterious fire broke out in the former JFM building near Edewor Shopping Plaza.
The fire, which has spread to the third floor, raised concerns that it could spread to nearby structures.
The cause of the fire remains unknown as of the latest reports.
According to eyewitness accounts, efforts by the Delta State Fire Service to contain the blaze were hindered due to a lack of water, allowing the fire to rage uncontrollably through the building, which now houses Current FM.
