The President of Ambassador Dickson Akoh Foundation, ADAF, and National Commandant, Peace Corps of Nigeria, Prof Dickson Akoh has fulfilled his pledge to support the Benue-born female fresh graduate, Ene Audu, with 50 bags of fertilizer to support her engagement in farming.
Prof Akoh had on Thursday, May 4, 2023, made the pledge via his Facebook handle when Miss Ene Audu, a fresh graduate from Benue State posted a video of herself in her farm planting yam seedlings.
Presenting the gift to Miss Audu in Makurdi, Benue State, Thursday, May 18, 2023, Head of Media of the foundation, King Apeh Peterhot says Ene is being encouraged by the Foundation for chosen a hard but noble path to sustain her life rather than engaging in immoral acts being exhibited by many others in her class.
Peterhot said the President of ADAF is elated to watch the video of Ene in her farm planting yam seedlings, and decided that such noble engagement needs to be supported by every well-meaning Nigerian.
Prof Akoh seized the opportunity to encourage Nigerian youths to emulate Miss Ene Audu who, despite being a fresh female graduate, decided to take the hard but noble way rather than engaging in illicit acts which have become the order of the day amongst many youngsters.
Visibly elated Ene, in her reaction, thanked ProfDickson Akoh for the gift whilst praying for Almighty God to continue to shower rain of blessings on the youth advocate, Ambassador Akoh and the Foundation for the huge intervention in her farming business. She also promised to make judicious use of the fertilizers to enable her achieve good harvest in the nearest future.
