A Nigerian man identified as Tijani Tomide, has weighed in on the ongoing brawl between rapper Zlatan Ibile and billionaire daughter DJ Cuppy.
IDOMA VOICE reports that singer Davido’s logistic manager, Israel DMW, recently took to his Instastory channel to assert that DJ Cuppy’s greediness and refusal to pay Zlatan Ibile his entitlements for their collaborative hit single “Gelato”, and his performance at her funds raising event at Abuja, was why the rapper blocked DJ Cuppy on social media, and denied knowing her in an interview. However, Cuppy has come out to clarify that she is in no way owing a penny to Zlatan for the collaboration of the “Gelato” single that made a hit, and threatened to sue Israel DMW for libel and defamation of character.
But, according to the man, Tomide, who reacted to the ongoing war of words between the two celebs’ camps, Zlatan is being served his own tea.
He narrated that Zlatan Ibile had asked him for account details to send him N100k after he posted a video of him and his friend vibing to his song “Of La La” with Rahman Jago and Jamopyper, in July last year but it turned out to be ‘audio money’ as till today he didn’t send him a penny.
He wrote; “Cuppy did the exact same thing zlatan did to me (audio money) … till today I didn’t get the 100k 😃💔”
A further search on his timeline revealed that he was actually asked by the rapper to send account details for him to transfer N100k to him haven posted a clip of himself and a friend dancing to Zlatan calloba hit “Of La La”. But as later revealed by the man, the rapper didn’t redeemed his promise.
The man posted the video with the caption; “When the jam is hard and you can’t hold the urge 😂😂 @Zlatan_Ibile @rahman_jago_ @iam_jamopyper”
Zlatan retweeted with the following caption; “100k for that guy send details 😃”
