The exchange rate for a dollar to naira at Lagos and Abuja Parallel Market (Black Market) for today, Friday, January 7th sells at ₦565/1$, and buy at ₦570 according to enquiring made from the Bureau De Change (BDC) this morning.
Though, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) does not recognise the parallel market (black market), as it has directed individuals who want to engage in Forex to approach their respective banks.
