Dr Francis Ottah Agbo, the Honourable member elect, Ado, Okpokwu, Ogbadibo Federal Constituency of Benue State has congratulated all Christian faithful, especially the good people of Ado, Okpokwu, Ogbadibo on the occasion of the Easter celebration.
He called on his constituents to love one another and make meaningful sacrifices for the constituency just like Jesus Christ did for mankind adding that if Christ had not died and resurrected, our faith would have been in vain! While urging the people to always pray and support the leadership of the constituency, zone C and Benue State, the lawmaker who is also known as the Moving Train promised to deliver on his campaign promise to the people.
He said:
“Easter is very significant in the lives of all Christians as it signifies Christ’s redemptive mission on earth. His death is an uncommon sacrifice which has reconciled us back to our creator.”
“This season should be a moment of sober reflection on the lessons that come with the season as displayed by the death and resurrection of our saviour, Jesus Christ.”
” In all our doings, we should therefore imbibe the virtues of sacrifice, love, and peace as exemplified by our Lord.”
” Jesus Christ sacrificed himself for our salvation and I want to assure my constituents that am ready to continue to make sacrifices that will uplift our people and change the negative narrative of the Enone people. Irrespective of the hardship in the land today, our federal constituency radiates hope and I implore you not to give up as there will be light at the end of the tunnel.”
“I urge you to always support me, our Senator elect, Comrade Abbah Morro, as well as our indefatigable Governor, Dr Samuel Ortom for a greater Benue.”
“On behalf of myself and my beloved family, I wish you love, joy, peace, and happiness in this season.”
