It was a joyous day and a dream come true for the staff and students of Gosa Junior Secondary School, Airport, Abuja, as their prayers for a place of worship were answered. The dedication of the Fellowship of Christian Students (FCS) Chapel created an atmosphere filled with joy and the presence of God, highlighted by powerful preaching, healing, and deliverance.
Dr. Paul Enenche, senior pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, officially handed over the auditorium to the authorities of GJSS Gosa as part of his personal initiative and corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts.
Speaking at the commissioning ceremony, Dr. Enenche emphasized that the chapel serves as a place of God’s presence and encounters. He stated, “This chapel is here to facilitate access to heaven, where intercession occurs between heaven and earth. As we unveil and dedicate this chapel today, we trust that those who come here will experience God’s concentrated presence. While God is omnipresent, this is a place for His manifest presence.”
He further described the chapel as a venue for angelic ministry, akin to the house of God experienced by Jacob. “It is a house of prayer, healing, deliverance, and liberation—a place where we expect to be healed and set free,” he added.
Dr. Enenche also highlighted that the house of God is the pillar and ground of truth. “If you don’t hear truth anywhere else, you should hear it in this chapel. It is a place for transformation, where minds and lives can change. I trust that this will happen in this temple. You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
The principal of GJSS Gosa, Afolabi Joshua, expressed his gratitude: “I thank God to be alive to witness this commissioning, particularly as it happens in my time.” He also prayed for God’s blessings on Dr. Paul and Dr. Mrs. Becky Enenche.
The state chairman of the Fellowship of Christian Students (FCS), FCT chapter, noted that Dr. Enenche has supported the FCS financially for the past six years.
The chapel was personally funded and constructed by Dr. Paul and Dr. Mrs. Becky Enenche, along with other humanitarian initiatives in the Gosa community.
The chapel dedication culminated in a revival meeting, resulting in many souls being saved to the glory of God. Dr. Enenche emphasized, “Touching and transforming lives for God is what we live for.”
