Easter: Abba Moro felicitates with Christians in Nigeria

The Senator-elect for Benue South Senatorial District, Comrade Abba Moro, has greeted Christian faithful in his constituency and Nigeria at large as they mark this years’s Easter.

Moro’s message was contained in a statement he issued on Saturday.

The former Minister of Interior urged all Nigerians, espcially Christians to use the occasion, which commemorates the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ to show love and tolerance for each other, especially for those God has seen fit to put in positions of influence.
Moro said leaders should imbibe the qualities of our Lord and Saviour, whose sacrifice for mankind is being celebrated.

He enjoined Nigerians not to give up on the country, adding that the nation will rise again despite many obstacles confronting her.

“We must never forget that. He is risen and Nigeria will also rise. Happy Easter.”
