The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has raised an alarm over the hijack of electoral materials in the ongoing governorship election in Edo State.
PDP alleged that a leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, hijacked electoral materials in Ward 9, unit 15, Ego Local Government Area.
The party raised the alarm in a tweet on its verified Twitter handle.
“EdoDecides2020: In Ward 9, unit 15, Ego LGA, a leader of the
@OfficialAPCNg
in the LGA has hijacked electoral materials and moved the Polling booth to his hotel called “play house”.
“Voters are not allowed to enter the hotel except you are an APC member. @PoliceNg, take note,” the tweet reads.
