Edo: Obaseki hits Oshiomhole again, says, ‘he’s not useful’

Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State has come hard on his predecessor, Adams Oshiomhole again.

Obaseki and his ex-godfather Oshiomhole fell apart few months to the governorship election in Edo State with latter declaring his support for Osagie Ize-Iyamu.

Despite the gang up against Obaseki, he defected to the Peopls Democratic Party and won his second term in office.

However, in an interview with Channels TV on Thursday, Obaseki Oshiomhole does not have any positive impact on Edo.

He said, “If I find out that he (Adams Oshiomhole) has anything to contribute as a citizen of Edo, sure, I would reach out to him but at this point in time, I don’t see any positive contribution he can make today.”

He however, said Ize-Iyamu has not reached out to me on reconciliation and healing efforts following his re-election.
