Philip Agbese, the lawmaker representing Ado, Okpokwu and Ogbadibo in the Green Chamber described Pa Pius Ogaba Oche as a dedicated family man with an impeccable work ethic and a calm presence.
Agbese spoke on Friday in Apa-Agila during the burial of Pa Oche.
The lawmaker who was represented by his Chief of Staff, William Ochonu, said Pa Oche will be sorely missed by not just the family but the entire constituency and Benue State at large.
He prayed God to give the children, especially his son, Rt Hon James Oche the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
“The death of our father has brought home to me that when we leave this world, our material goods, roles, titles and profits no longer matter. All that counts is that we loved fully and were loved in return,” he said.
